Sahaya Welfare Association has conducted an awareness campaign and created awareness among the senior citizens and RWAs through interaction and lecture methods, in which all the senior citizens and RWAs delivered the message regarding "ground water depletion, rejuvenation of the existing structures and conservation methods by rainwater harvesting structures."

Throughout the meeting, all of the speakers emphasise the importance of drinking water, how it can be saved, and future actions on how we can deal with the problem. local level water scarcity problems and how it can influence future generations, especially children. We also discussed conservation of rainwater and also enlightened the RWAs and all the senior citizens towards new construction of RWHSs and renovation in their locations.

Sahaya Team Raman Krishna Reddy, Ravinder explored the things regarding "where the" ground water is invisible and made it visible by the construction and renovation of RWHSs. It is possible by the participation of RWAs , SHGs, senior citizens, and other CBOs. At the same time, he suggested all the participants to save the water and don’t waste the water in regular use. In this context, he brought to their attention water scarcity issues in other locations, as well as the national and state water scenarios.
